"Pretty lousy quality for what I paid"
I bought this from jm-inc.com it looked okay when I first opened it, but after using it a bit, it started feeling cheap. One part was loose, and the finish had these little marks on it, which was annoying. Shipping was fine, no big drama there, but the product itself felt like a total cheapskate move for the price. Not impressed.

Support was able to sort out my issue in the end, which I really appreciated. It took a bit longer than I expected, but they got it fixed. My sister had a similar experience too, so overall I’d say they’re helpful, just not the fastest.

"A Solid Deal That Worked Out"
I was shopping around and ended up giving J&M a try because the prices looked reasonable compared to a few other places I checked. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, just something decent for the money, and that’s pretty much what I got. The quality wasn’t perfect, but for the price, I felt like it was a fair deal. If they keep the pricing around the same, I’d be happy to order from them again.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the delivery showed up later than they promised. The items themselves were fine, so no complaints there, but it’s frustrating when they give you a delivery time and then don’t stick to it. At this point, I just don’t feel like I can trust their shipping estimates.

"Frustrating lack of communication"
I reached out with a few simple questions, but the replies took way too long and still didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like no one wanted to take ownership or make sure I got a clear response. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect better communication and some accountability when customers are left waiting.

"I went on J&M just trying to..."
I went on J&M just trying to find some basic info, and I kind of regret not looking elsewhere sooner. The pages loaded fine, but the menu and layout made it harder than it needed to be to find anything. A few sections also felt outdated. It’s not the worst website I’ve used, but I got frustrated faster than I expected and ended up clicking around way too much.
